Did you know that tickets sales pay for only 50% of production costs? WHAT relies on contributions from friends like you so that we can bring you cutting-edge new work, as well as fresh approaches to the classics without compromising our standards of artistic excellence.
Get Involved
Contributions can take the form of financial support as well as the donation of time and talent. WHAT is fortunate to have a dedicated team of nearly 100 volunteers who usher, sell concessions, man the phone banks and help with clerical work. Find out how to become a WHAT Volunteer.
Financial Support
The most direct way to support WHAT is to contribute to the theater financially. If you have already attended the theater, you know about WHAT’s Pink Envelopes – small envelopes that allow patrons to quickly donate to the theater.
But you don’t have to have an envelope to contribute. You may also donate to WHAT Online.
